These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MYSINAPSE platform and generative AI services operated by AGA S.R.L.S. ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Platform.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
3. Credits, Billing, and Subscriptions
Generative AI operations consume platform credits. Charges on your bank or credit card statement will appear under the descriptor MYSINAPSE. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Content Ownership and AI Generations
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain rights to the outputs generated through your paid use of the Platform. You represent and warrant that your inputs and prompts do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or publicity rights.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Platform to generate illegal deepfakes, non-consensual sexual content, hate speech, defamation, or content violating third-party safety policies.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of RA, Italy.
